Managed Updates
Updates are always a pain when it comes to a WordPress site. They can be risk if you’re not sure what to do and the last thing you want is for the site to be down, preventing your income. We’ll take care of the updates so you don’t have to.
Security
The worst thing about malware is that it could be on your website for months without being detected. We will be vigilant, proactive, and check regularly for malware and known vulnerabilities. We will scan your website to make sure that it is clean and malware free and we’ll continue to monitor it for anything dangerous.
Performance
Performance drops are usually not noticeable to the naked eye. Malware, errors, hardware issues – so many things can affect your website performance.
We’ll need to be vigilant and proactive and help you optimise the speed and performance of your website and give you advice on what could be slowing your site down.
Development Time
We offer development time with all of our WordPress Support Packages. This can be used to add something new to your website or perhaps you need to do some routine work at the end of each month. We roll over any unused development time to the following month. *

Backups & Staging
We can backup your site daily, weekly or monthly depending on your needs. You’ll always have peace of mind knowing that the backup working behind the scenes of your site is keeping it safe and sound.
Staging sites are an excellent way to make changes to your site without affecting the live site, we can help you set up a staging site so you can start something new.
Uptime Monitoring
Monitoring your website for downtime is not something you may not think of as a priority when building a website. However, you’d be surprised how often a website goes down. We’ll monitor your website for any downtime and notify you when or if it does.
E-Commerce Support
We can help you maintain the 10s or thousands of products you may have on your site, so if you need several products editing at once or perhaps need to adjust some prices or something more complex. We can help.
